Raymond L. Flynn, former United States Ambassador to the Vatican, will speak at Friends For JUST 6th annual reception at Tavistock on Thursday, October 11, 2007

Holy Name of Camden-JUST will hold its sixth annual reception at Tavistock Country Club, Haddonfield, NJ on Thursday, October 11, 2007 starting at 6:30 PM. The guest of honor is Raymond L. Flynn, National Chairman of Catholic Citizenship and former United States Ambassador to the Vatican. Prior to becoming ambassador, Mr. Flynn served as Mayor of Boston from 1984 to 1983. Flynn is also the co-author of two books; John Paul II: A Personal Portrait of the Pope and the Man, and The Accidental Pope: A Novel.

The event supports the ministries of the Jesuit Urban Service Team (JUST) including Holy Name School, the High School Tuition Assistance Fund, St. Luke’s Catholic Medical Services, Camden Center for Law and Social Justice and Guadalupe Family Services.
